This time last year I was about to be transferred from St Michael’s Hospital to Providence Healthcare for physio and occupational therapy after my still officially undiagnosed neurological episode that manifested like a stroke and gave me my first unequivocal seizure. During the last year I returned to work, completed two major information technology projects and numerous smaller ones. I also found time to go see my mum in England and my brother in Germany, My wife, Frances, and I continue to renovate our 1870’s farmhouse. My daughter, who was 8 when I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, is now 24 and will be getting married next year.
I also suffer from a brain tumour. I’ve read some of your posts and am just wondering how things are now.
I’ve had a few focal seizures recently, and we’re adjusting my Dilantin dosage. On my last blood test it was really low. Other than that, normal and stable.
